Strengths: I have the strength to analyze and understand various code bases inside and outside the team. In particular, I have the attitude to understand existing code and think about whether I can write code more efficiently. Also, I take notes of parts that I consider important during the development process, and this habit allows me to understand and improve the project. I am also good at details, so I have the aspect of carefully checking the code I wrote before reflecting it.
Weaknesses: Sometimes I fail to allocate my time efficiently because I am too concerned about details. In particular, I need to adjust my schedule by considering unexpected bugs or errors, but I often fail to do so. However, whenever that happens, I show a sense of responsibility to finish the work on time by improvising in my own way.
